Still deciding? Here's what most people ask before they sign up.

Do I need to know how to swim to join?

No. The Beginner Program starts from scratch — breathing, floating, and building water comfort before any swimming begins. If you've never been in a pool, you're in the right place.

How many people are in each group?

Maximum 4 people per group. This keeps the environment supportive, private, and gives you direct attention from your coach every session.

I'm 50+, is this appropriate for my age?

Absolutely. Most of our clients are 40–60. The program is designed around joint-friendly, low-impact movement — and the pace is always tailored to you, not a class timetable.

What's included beyond the pool sessions?

Physio-endorsed mobility exercises and core development guidance to do at home. Access to a private Facebook community where you can ask questions, connect with other group members, and get support between sessions.

What if I continue after 8 weeks?

The program is designed with ongoing milestones. Once you're comfortable in the water, you'll be given additional programs and can continue progressing at your own pace.

Where are sessions held?

All sessions are in-person in Hobart, Tasmania. Specific pool location details are shared upon enrolment.
